Set in an olive grove above Santova, around 500 metres uphill from the beach. The house, terrace and garden face west towards the Messenian Gulf. The property can only be reached by 4x4 vehicle. With any other vehicle, you will need to park about 400 metres before the property and walk the rest of the way. Both entrances are reached via three steps.

The open-plan room brings the round dining table and kitchen together. The doors open to the outdoors, with views into the greenery. Mikri Eleni is intentionally simple, set in remarkable surroundings: the olive grove, garden and far-reaching view of the bay take centre stage. Fast internet via 5G is available.

The compact kitchen forms part of the open-plan room. You can prepare your own meals and breakfast here, then eat at the round table. For leisurely meals, you may prefer the terrace.

Your destination is Santova near Avia, south of Kalamata. When planning your journey, remember to include the final stretch to the property. Please contact us if you have any questions about getting here.

Access is possible only by 4x4 vehicle. With any other vehicle, you will need to park about 400 metres before the property and walk the rest of the way. Please bear this in mind when packing and transporting your luggage. Both entrances have three steps.
