The house.
And its setting.
The villa is set slightly above the Messenian Gulf in Santova near Avia, around 20 kilometres south of Kalamata. According to the route information available to date, the beach is about a five-minute walk away, with the uphill return taking a little longer. Shops and restaurants are around ten to fifteen minutes away on foot.

The sea before you.
High ceilings, large windows and the open connection to the dining area define the heart of the villa. Here you can spend time together, read and gaze across the bay. A small library, Sonos speakers and a large smart TV complete the living area. Fast internet via Starlink and air conditioning are also provided.
03 / KITCHEN & DINING
Cook together. Linger over meals.
The kitchen adjoins the open-plan living and dining area. Worktops, cooking utensils and modern appliances make self-catering easy. The fridge's ice-making function keeps drinks cool on warm days.

A private
retreat for everyone.
The villa accommodates 6 guests, plus up to 2 young children in extra beds. Three separate bedrooms each provide two standard sleeping places. Every bedroom has two single beds, a private bathroom and a small balcony. Pushed together, the beds feel like a double; they can also be separated when needed. Two extra beds for young children and two high chairs are provided.

Your destination is Santova near Avia, south of Kalamata. When planning your journey, remember to include the final stretch to the property. Please contact us if you have any questions about getting here.
The final stretch
The villa is set above the Messenian Gulf. There is a parking space beside the property. The walk to the beach is downhill and the return is uphill.
