The house.
And its setting.
Set on a sunny hillside at the edge of Oberammergau, right beside the forest and at the end of a cul-de-sac. The village centre is around 800 metres away. Built in 2007, the house offers 150 m² across two floors, with natural materials and plenty of timber.
02 / LIVING AREA
Together by the fire.
On the ground floor, the L-shaped living and dining room flows into the spacious kitchen. Read, play games or spend the evening by the fire on the sofa and armchairs. The large dining table brings everyone together.
03 / KITCHEN & DINING
Room for meals together.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and bean-to-cup coffee machine. The dining table seats up to eight guests. The terrace is directly beside the living and dining area.

A private
retreat for everyone.
The house accommodates 8 guests, plus up to 2 young children in extra beds. Four bedrooms each sleep two guests. In two gallery bedrooms, a small staircase within the room leads to two single beds that can be joined together. The other two bedrooms each have a double bed. Two extra beds are provided for young children.

All rates are for the entire property. Includes utilities, all tourism charges and local taxes, and final cleaning.
Minimum stay five nights. Flexible arrival and departure, subject to availability.
The holiday rate of 400 € per night takes precedence during both holiday weeks: Monday to Sunday of the week containing 24 December and Monday to Sunday of the week containing 31 December.
No arrivals or departures on 24, 25, 26 or 31 December, or on 1 January. Stays spanning these dates are possible.

Getting to Oberammergau
By car, you can reach Oberammergau from Munich via the A95, Oberau and Ettal. By rail, the journey to Oberammergau goes via Murnau. Check your connection and any service changes before setting off.

Haus Schwänli is at the edge of the village, right beside the forest and at the end of a cul-de-sac. The centre is around 800 metres away.
